📝 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Provide resolutions to customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service levels.

⏰ Work Schedule:

  • Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts – US Process)
  • 5 Days Working
  • Immediate joiners preferred or candidates with 15 to 10 days notice period

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
  • Excellent spoken English communication
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Willing to work night shifts and handle high-pressure environments
